I've worked with a lot of trainers over the years so I do feel qualified to review GAVCOOP. I have been smashing out the weights in Gavin's studio twice a week for 12 months now.From the first session, Gavin was focused on helping me achieve my goals with my niggling injuries. His studio is very well equipped and he has the knowledge to get the best out of his gear and the client. Gavin isn't the trainer that stands there and just counts reps. He's hands on, watching your form and training you to be your best. The sessions are hard, varied and never boring. Just the way it's meant to be. I've learnt a lot, sweated a ton, lost fat and gained muscle. I feel fantastic and am looking forward to another year and more chin ups. 5 stars for a very professional trainer with a first class studio.

It taken me a while to find a specialist trainer who listens to what their clients needs are, and doesn't just copy and paste a program across their clientele. I really wanted my training to focus on improving my surfing and Gav took the time to research what I needed. He has delivered weekly sessions with lots of variety and explained why it was relevant to my sport. The bonus is he isn't just a normal PT, he is an exercise physiologist which gives me extra confidence in his programs. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend seeing him. His studio is spotless and well equipped.
